📍 Can't work your claimed shift?
In most cases this is not a problem! However, it must fall within the cancellation period. The cancellation period is a period during which you can cancel your service until then without consequences. The cancellation period varies per client and can be checked via the client's terms and conditions in the app.
📍 Are you unable to make it at the last minute due to illness?
Please contact the client's contact person. In case it is your first (training) shift, you can contact the shift manager.
Please note!: As a flex worker, it is important that you cancel your shift or inform your client in case of illness. If you do not do this, the client may charge you a no-show fine!
