Checkout
You submit your hours after each shift. You do this via the app under the heading 'submit hours'. It is important to do this immediately after completing your shift, so that the client can approve your hours more quickly.
Agree hours
After completing the check-out, the hours are sent to the client. In most cases, this person approves the hours. The client may have a different view of your hours. You will then receive a counter-proposal. Do you disagree with the hours provided by the client? Then you contact the relevant client.
Payment
Are the hours agreed upon by both parties? This will then immediately become visible in the Payday app. This allows you to have your hours paid out immediately. You pay 3% of the total amount to be paid out for this. Would you rather not do this? The amount will then be paid out automatically 14 days after approval. Want to know more about Payday? PLEASE NOTE: The past few months have been all about switching to a new payment method (Payday). However, not everyone uses Payday yet. If this applies to you, the payment works slightly differently and you should already be aware of this. If you have any questions about it, please contact us.
