We naturally assume that the hours you provide are correct and that the client agrees to this.
Discuss counter-offer hours
It may sometimes be the case that you are not completely on the same page about the number of hours worked. If you do not agree with the counter-proposal regarding your hours worked, you can contact the client to rectify this. We need both of you to agree on the number of hours to fix the payment.
