📍Flex working It is of course always a nice way of working together if both parties are flexible. It is nice for the client if you are flexible in this case. Is the task package very similar to the agreed job? Then this will rarely cause a problem.
Are you being asked to perform a completely different function than previously agreed? Then this may deviate too much from the concluded agreement. In this case you may reject the task package.
Are you unable to perform the position due to any circumstances? In such a situation, it is wise to discuss this with your client and look for a suitable solution.
Honesty and flexibility is the best combination in this case. Start a conversation with the client about your range of tasks if you have the feeling that it does not coincide with the agreed position.
